Dispatch time is within 2 weeks because I will usually make your item when receiving your order. I will try to be quicker than this but I cannot promise!
Delivery: Your items will be sent by Royal Mail tracked delivery and will require a signature. Prices depend on the item/s you’ll buy, and they will be Royal Mail delivery prices at the time of your purchase, approximately £5 to £8.
I am not shipping outside the UK at the moment. Sorry if this is causing any disappointment.
Returns and exchanges: I hope you will be entirely happy with your purchase, but in case you wished to return your item, you can do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact me beforehand. I will only accept items in their original conditions (clean, unused and with the labels still on).
Please note that I will not be able to refund the shipping costs, where they apply, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Items should be sent back using a tracked service with full insurance, since I cannot be responsible for what might happen to the items in transit.
